Update zu Rückständen – Versand verschiebt sich auf Mitte Juni!

Backorder update – shipping postponed to mid-June!

Dear Sir or Madam,

We would like to briefly inform you about the current status of your outstanding balance.

Our shipment from Vietnam is delayed – originally scheduled for arrival in May, the container is now expected to arrive at our warehouse in early June. Therefore, the shipment of your backordered items will be postponed until mid-June .

How did this happen?
The delay is related to current developments in international maritime freight traffic. The US government has announced plans to significantly increase tariffs on imports from various countries—but with a 90-day grace period before these changes take effect.

As a result, a particularly large number of containers bound for the USA are currently being brought forward and given priority processing in order to arrive within this 90-day period. Chinese containers, in particular, which are already subject to increased tariffs, were pushed heavily into the US market immediately after the announcement – with corresponding logistical pressure on global supply chains.

Containers that aren't destined for the US—like ours from Vietnam destined for Europe—often get lost. This leads to processing backlogs, delays in transshipments, and bottlenecks in available transport capacity.

This situation currently affects large parts of world trade and also impacts our planned delivery times.

We will of course inform you as soon as the goods have arrived and your order can be shipped.
Thank you for your patience!
